Personal Training for Women

If you are looking to lose weight, tone up or just improve your general fitness level, but can’t find time to go to the gym or attend fitness classes, I can help!


As a working mother of two, I know how hard it can be to find time for yourself. 

In one-to-one training sessions at a location of your choice, we can discuss your personal goals and work together to achieve them. 

I also offer personal training in small groups of two or three people, if you want to train with friends. 

As a personal trainer, I work exclusively with women, particularly mothers, because I understand their needs, what motivates them and that time is often a limiting factor.
