That depends on your goals and the time you have. I am available for personal workouts as often as you want. I would recommend that the gap between workouts isn’t too long or it will be harder to reach your goal. However, if you are motivated to do your workouts alone on a
regular basis, then it is sufficient for us to meet up every two to four weeks to review your progress and to update the workout plans.
Whatever suits your schedule and needs. I can come to your home or your office, we can train in the garden or in the park down the road. Whatever you prefer. Personally I love doing exercise outside as the fresh air gives you an extra kick, and it strengthens your immune system.
I live by the motto “there is no bad weather, only inappropriate clothing”, so if it is raining or snowing I would usually wrap up warm and run the outdoor session anyway. If you are unhappy training outside when the weather is bad and there is an indoor option available, we can move the workout inside.
Cancellations, for whatever reason, need to be made 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment otherwise you will still be charged in full. I understand that illnesses can materialize suddenly, so if you see any signs or symptoms a couple of days before your appointment, it might be wise to reschedule. If you are unsure about what to do, please contact me directly to discuss your options.
That depends on your goal and on your preferences. We are unlikely to be doing any hardcore weightlifting but I do like to use light-weight dumbbells, resistance bands/tubes and gym balls in some of my workouts. If you would rather work with your own body weight, just let me know.
That depends on how much you want to lose and what you mean by “quickly”. In general, any method which promises quick weight loss is unlikely to be a long term solution. The best way to lose weight and keep it off, is to develop healthy eating habits and a sensible exercise
routine. I can help you with that!
My focus is on general fitness, weight loss and muscle strengthening. If you are looking to train for a specific type of sport, I would recommend a local trainer who is qualified in that area.
In order to develop healthy eating habits, it is necessary to understand current eating habits. The basis for a nutritional consultation is therefore a detailed analysis of what you eat over a period of five to seven days. Based on this information, I can create a step-by-step plan to help you achieve a more balanced diet.
